Please contact the Priest at least 8 months in advance of your planned wedding date.  He will let you know all required paperwork.  In addition to this paperwork, you will need to provide us with:

Verification of being practicing, active Catholics at Holy Family Parish or previous parish is required. 

The Bride and Groom will need to obtain a current copy of their Baptismal Certificate.  The certificates must be dated within 6 months of the actual wedding date.

The Bride and Groom must also complete the "Engaged Encounter" and F.O.C.C.U.S. (Facilitating Open Couple Communication, Understanding & Study).  To register for the Engaged Encounter and F.O.C.C.U.S., please contact the Family Life Office at (904) 308-7474 or register online at  http://www.dcfl.org/
